For Customers in Kuwait
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the invoice date by visiting your nearest Branch
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Payments made by credit/debit card (KNET/Visa/Mastercard) will be refunded back to the same card.
- Payments made in cash will be refunded in cash.
Refund Processing Time
- For card payments, refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank.
- Cash refunds are processed according to store procedures.
Eligible Returns:
- Items with a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without affecting quality
- Items that do not match the description on the Modish App
Return Conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- Modish tags must remain attached
- Items must be in resellable condition
- tems purchased on sale or promotion may be exchange only, unless defective
Specific Categories:
- Shoes: Must be tried on carpet only and returned in original, undamaged box
- Bags: Please avoid dye transfer from dark clothing
- Clothing: Must be returned clean, unworn, and undamaged
- Designer packaging (dust bags, authenticity cards, tags, belts, etc.) must be included
Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. Faulty items can be replaced with the same item/size (subject to availability).
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued in full at one of our branches.
For Customers Outside Kuwait
Return requests must be placed within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs clearance fees, and applicable taxes. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you via WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
