If the client wishes to return an item and requests a refund for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping fees and customs clearance charges and all taxes. Once the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping and the customs clearance charges and taxes will be deducted from their refund.
As for the refunds, once your return is received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email notifying you with the status of your return and if it's approved or rejected for a refund. If approved, kindly allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
For customers in Kuwait
It’s okay if you change your mind, we offer a return and exchange policy for clients inside Kuwait only. However, terms and conditions apply.
You may return or exchange the products purchased from Modish Application within 14 calendar days. However, conditions apply.
- Returned or exchanged products must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Modish App.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, new, unused and apparels with Modish tag should be still attached.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Returned products (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resellable condition and for specific products:
• Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
• Shoes: All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or Modish shoe bag with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
• Bags: As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully if you if you are still deciding to whether to keep them.
• Clothing: Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition.
• Faulty goods: Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. please be aware that we can only replace faulty items for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
The customer will receive the refund in full amount he paid for in one of our branches if the order meet the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
Often, the customer would receive the refund within 14 business days once our team confirm that the order meet the return policy.
Sale items are not refundable.
- Orders in Kuwait are either delivered by Modish itself, or sometimes by our associate vendors.
- Delivery is normally within 1-2 working days in Kuwait. Although, we try our best to deliver orders earlier. Regularly, we are able to deliver products within 48 hours on average.
- For all orders, a customer would receive a confirmation email with order reference immediately after the payment is made.
GCC & International Shipping
- All GCC and international orders are currently managed by our courier DHL, our global shipping partner.
- Customer is responsible of Customs, clearance charges and VAT tax in their country.
- For GCC countries, shipping is normally within 2-3 working days. For other international orders, shipping normally takes 3-7 working days. Please note that delays resulting from Customs and Clearance processing in your country are beyond our control.
- A tracking number of your shipment will be emailed to you once the order is collected by our courier.
